All fees are billed per calendar year. The membership fee is tax-deductible as a service fee for Norwegian businesses.

Apply online today. Most applications are approved within five working days and your invoice follows on approval.

The NCCC secretariat reviews applications weekly. Corporate members are confirmed by the board.

On approval we send your welcome pack, directory listing, event calendar, and the annual invoice.

NCCC membership runs per calendar year (1 January – 31 December). Applications received after 1 October automatically count toward the following year, so you don’t pay twice.
The base fee is NOK 1,500, plus 0.02‰ of your annual turnover. The total is capped at NOK 13,500 and floored at NOK 3,500. For a company with NOK 500 M turnover the total comes to NOK 11,500. The service fee is tax-deductible for Norwegian businesses.
Yes — NCCC membership is treated as a service fee and is tax-deductible for Norwegian companies. Individual members should consult their accountant. We provide a proper invoice on approval.
You can update your named representatives at any time by emailing the secretariat. There is no fee to swap names within the five-seat allowance, and changes take effect within two working days.
Yes. Any organization with a substantive interest in the Norway–China business corridor is welcome to apply, regardless of headquarters. We have members from across the Nordics, the UK and continental Europe.
Member organizations can send completed visa applications and passports to NCCC by courier. We submit them in person at the Chinese Embassy in Oslo on our scheduled days and return your passport by registered post once the visa is issued — typically within 7–10 working days.
Members can opt out for the next calendar year by writing to the secretariat before 31 December. Annual fees are not refundable mid-year, but you remain a full member through 31 December regardless of when you notify us.
