NCCC MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Membership

The NCCC provides a professional social- and business network. It represents a broad spectrum of international leading Norwegian industrial and commercial corporations, small and medium sized enterprises as well as individual members. 

The NCCC provides its members and the general public with information on business opportunities, rules and regulations that are important in making critical business decisions. 

The NCCC holds a number of regular events, where members are invited to participate, network and engage in discussions with significant international business figures, influential politicians and trade experts. 

The NCCC also arranges a number of seminars on diversified topics to promote bilateral business and cultural understanding, including a Chinese language course. 

The NCCC supports the arrangement of a business delegation to China / Norway, and assists its members in attending trade fairs and participating in exhibitions in both countries. 

The NCCC, in cooperation with the Chinese Embassy, offer members efficient assistance in obtaining business visas for entering the Peoples Republic of China.
Upon a decree from the Chinese central government the Embassy will no longer be able to accept visa-applications per mail, as applications now have to be presented at the embassy in person. Members of the NCCC can send their application to through NCCC . We will present your application to the Embassy, and return the passport to you in the mail as soon as the visa issues. 


The NCCC offers three kinds of membership

1) Corporate membership: Entitles company to register five employees who will receive information directly. Five company employees are entitled to attend meetings at members' rates. The company name will be listed in the membership directory. 
Corporate membership fee: NOK 1.500 Plus 0,02 ‰ of turnover (Service fee is tax deductible) 

Minimum 3.500, - Maximum NOK 13.500

2) Individual membership: Entitles member to attend members meetings. Other events will be at non-members' rate. Individual members are registered under their own name in the membership directory. 

Membership fee: NOK 1.500,-

3) Student membership: Student discounts apply. Students are registered under their own name. Student members are entitled to attend members meetings at members' rates. 

Students fee: NOK 750,-

As a non-profit organization, the Chamber receives no grants or financial aid of any kind. Consequently, in order to maintain an efficient, member-oriented activity and serving the interest of Norwegian and Chinese business, the NCCC depends on the financial support of a strong and growing membership. The membership fee will be invoiced immediately after receipt and acceptance of this completed and signed membership application form. (Note: The membership is for per Calendar year)
